Effective disclosure is an integral part of financial markets operating efficiently. In late January the Financial Markets Authority began consulting on a guidance note to improve the disclosure provided by issuers. With that guidance nearly complete, what are the key changes FMA has made along the way? And can the clear, concise and effective standard really be achieved?  Join us as Sue Brown introduces the FMA's soon-to-be-published "Guidance Note on Effective Disclosure", with assistance from Mark Todd, financial services and products expert from Bell Gully.  Both will explain the implications arising from the Guidance Note, for all those involved in the issue of securities.  We invite you to stay for drinks and nibbles following this presentation.
