Ms. Brown will update attendees on some of the recent activities and issues for FMA. She will outline why KiwiSaver is a particular focus in FMA's recently issued enforcement policy and talk about the changes ahead for trustees and statutory supervisors under the new licensing regime that begins on 1 October.
